Service & Process

What's your turnaround time?

Same-day service is available for urgent orders when you contact us before 2 PM. Standard turnaround is next business day. For larger projects or custom designs, we work with you to find the timeline that suits your needs.

Can you really do same-day printing?

Yes. If your design is ready and approved before 2 PM, we can print and have your order ready for pickup the same day. This applies to both DTF and DTG printing. Just give us a call or email to confirm availability for your specific project.

Do you offer design help?

Absolutely. Every project includes a free design consultation. Whether you have a finished design, a rough sketch, or just an idea, our expert team will work with you to create something perfect. We'll refine your design, optimize it for printing, and make sure you're happy before we print.

Pricing & Minimums

What's your minimum order?

There is no minimum order. We're happy to print a single t-shirt or 1,000 hoodies—whatever you need. We believe in flexibility, and we don't want cost to be a barrier to getting quality custom apparel.

What do t-shirts cost?

Basic printed t-shirts typically start around £10–£20 per item, depending on design complexity, print method, and garment choice. Hoodies and sweatshirts start around £20–£35. Embroidery starts from around £3 per item. Every project is unique, so we're happy to provide a custom quote based on your specific needs.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes. Larger orders qualify for volume discounts. The more you order, the better the per-item price. Contact us with your quantity and we'll provide a custom quote that reflects the savings.

Design & Files

What file formats do you accept?

We accept PDF, AI (Adobe Illustrator), PNG, and JPG files. We recommend high-resolution files (300 DPI) for the best results. If you're not sure about file specs, don't worry—send what you have and our design team will optimize it for free as part of your consultation.

Can you design something for me?

Of course. If you don't have a design yet, our expert team can create one for you. Tell us your vision, share any reference images or ideas, and we'll design something custom—all included in your free consultation. We'll iterate until you're completely happy.

What if I only have a rough sketch or idea?

Perfect. Many of our customers start with just an idea. Send us a photo of your sketch, describe what you're thinking, or share inspiration images. Our design team will take it from there and create a polished design ready for printing.

Care & Quality

How long do prints last?

Both DTF and DTG prints are designed to last 50+ washes with proper care. Our prints are durable and fade-resistant, maintaining their vibrancy through regular wear and washing. The longevity depends on how you care for the garment.

How do I care for printed garments?

To maximize the life of your printed apparel, wash inside-out in cool water on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Dry on low heat or air dry when possible. Following these simple steps will keep your prints looking sharp for years.

What's the difference between DTF and DTG printing?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) creates durable, vibrant prints that work on most fabrics, including darker colors. DTG (Direct-to-Garment) produces high-detail, photographic-quality prints and is best suited for lighter garments. Our free consultation will help you choose the right method for your project.

Yes. We're based in Suffolk and offer local pickup for customers in the area. You can also arrange delivery. Contact us to discuss what works best for your project.

Can I see samples before ordering?

Absolutely. We encourage in-person consultations so you can see the quality of our work firsthand. You can view samples of our printing and embroidery, discuss your project face-to-face, and get expert advice. Contact us to schedule a time that works for you.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If there's an issue with quality or the final product doesn't meet expectations, we'll work with you to make it right. We stand behind our workmanship and want you to be completely happy with your custom apparel.

Do you serve customers outside Suffolk?

We're based in Suffolk and primarily serve the local area. However, we're happy to discuss projects outside our immediate service area. Delivery may take longer, but we can still help. Get in touch and we'll explore options.
